Cats allowed. One-time pet fee: $300 per cat. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per cat. Monthly pet rent: $40 per cat. Maximum 2 cats per home. Certified service dogs allowed; no weight limit for cats. Other small pets (e.g., hamsters, reptiles, ferrets) allowed without pet fees or limits applying to cats.
